CJ is the founder of Boyz N The Wood. Their purpose is to give Black men tools and support to grow as examples of positive masculinity and positive mental health in their communities.

Through facilitated outdoor experiences, teaching new skills, developing accountability models, and connecting them to resources for mental health, CJ and Boyz are building a network and brotherhood that will lead in creating healthier men and healthier communities.
